The Lord has done great things for us
This was done as a wedding gift for a friend of mine. I am looking forward to giving it to her this Christmas.
Thank you for your patience and for all the kind notes I received from you asking when bopbopdesigns would reopen! I am officially painting again and hope to reopen my etsy shop in the new year! Email me at bopbopdesigns@gmail.com if you are interested in something before then.

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world".-Mahatma Gandhi
On a daily basis I reflect on this quote by Ghandi. I think it's amazing that he actually summed it up in one sentence when it applies to every action and emotion in life.
For my birthday my Mother sent me this gorgeous bracelet from the fabulously talented Simag. Thank you Mumsy, thank you Sima. I love it and I love the reminder. When I see this bracelet I will remember to act with patience, kindness and compassion.
Thank you.
Ironically I had another lovely surprise in the mail almost a year to this date, check it out.
What change do you wish to see in the world?

Silvina B. Photography
Silvina's photography amazes me. I think she really manages to capture the soul of her subject through their eyes. I love the comfort you sense between her and who she is shooting.
I had the pleasure of meeting Silvina briefly and I understood immediately how her subjects would be so at ease with her.
This blog post is long overdue, please check out her site.
